First Strike 1.2, a Battlefield 2142 mod
Its always interesting to see what people modify in a game? A new set of weapons. Possibly some revamped skins or maybe even a nice new shinny map. Whats even more interesting is when people take a game, and change it up entirely. Thats what the First Strike mod team did. They've transformed Battlefield 2142 into Star Wars. Like really transformed it. So much that true hardcore geeks will even pay attention to it. JediNet recently did an interview with First Strike about the mod's next update.

1.0 was great 1.1 was better, wish I had my disk with me to check out 1.2

It looks good, but I don't have 2142 and don't think I 'll ever buy it.
