Hey Baron! That's a comeback! You can replace "shamelessly" with "proudly" ! I played it 3 times searching for an imperfection but couldn't find it. Real profesionnal work. My taste would go for a more fat bass line and a clacking whip drum sound but maybe that's only because it's too late to play it loud atm. Anyway the keyboard gives an excellent rythm. The sound effects are sweet too. I just had to compare with some pieces of Dirt3 soundtrack and you're indeed at the level to be in the next one, seriously. You're too kind LeBabouin. I will get another chance to play with the mix and EQ when I record the vocals, maybe even rework the bass and FX. I still don't know who will perform the vocals. I have a few options open to me, primarily a couple of local soul and jazz singers. I've approached 6 just today. That's how 'russian roulette' things are at the moment. Definitely be an octave lower than Chase & Status though lol.
Cheers loeri. That kind of dirty fat bass wouldn't work in my kind of track because the bass has lots of high frequencies, which will clash with the other instruments. That's why you tend to find these bass driven tracks don't really have much else in them.
Just to update: I have a singer. Carol Hogg, a vocalist/lyricist who has an absolutely fantastic voice for pop/dance, has agreed to work with me. Think Kylie with a broader range. I also have 3 song writers and another producer/composer on board for my collective project. I haven't slept more than 3 hours in the last week. I'm hallucinating big time. I can barely see the monitor.

Yeah Xav, Kylie Minogue. Can't wait to get recording. I need to slow down as 3 day sessions are destroying me, I'm losing weight. It's only the Smirnoff keeping me going. Of course I'll come to the states Carl, can't promise I'll clear customs though, as I'm made up of about 85% contraband material. I'd need to get a flight to Mexico and jump the border. That would confuse the minute men. "Hey, this Mexican talks funny".
