can anyone help please?

i Have big problem with rcon in my server (buy server). Used GsProtector old version (i cant remember) and first work good (my friend have server this time) and now rcon not work and i reinstall server and install GsProtector (3.81 beta) and again not work rcon server and rcon GsProtector. I have this problem in my PC and i restart PC and will good, but in buy server cant restart PC:/ ...so what to do?

Try testing with rconpassword=tester + subadmin password= greengreen please and let me know results please.

interesting when I put version 3.9 on my test server at home everything works perfectly but when you get version 3.9 on my rent server it does not work I have nothing I can do

@green Ask your provider to restart Server box and your rcon will work again.

@green, I dont know your hoster, but usually you can restart via their control panel. I rechecked code and couldn't find something that would make normal rcon not work (Except their are settings that limit rcon like whitlist etc.)

What where the settings that made your server having probs ?

Now everything works
-change maps
-kick player
ban player
all is ok !!!
PS:I just was not done right settings"SubAdmins" ----> "SubAdminPw" less characters from "rconpassword"

Anyone running version 3.9 and having issues or running the version with no problems ?

I will try it today and will see is everything working correctly.

i tell you guys i got another server, to see if my issues were from my host, and so far i believe that maybe what i had going on..
I haven't had ANY problems with this server with new host... but... i have yet to throw gsp on it...still testing how it runs as is...
I will add gsp soon and report the results...but i am blown away with all this info here...

Sorry, I was kinda busy for the last months.

Is 3.9 safe now? I haven't installed it (yet).

i was have problem with 3.9 version. First it work good and i little use banning and not more, later (long time) have problem with rcon (rcon not work) but rcon for GsProtector work good (testing: gspstatus). I report it to Doorman and he will fix it soon. And say install 3.81, so i do it and rcon not work and finally i uninstall GsProtector and check rcon and rcon not work, later server fix alone and rcon work IDK how it happen .......so i will waiting for update GsProtector

Ok so far I will wait for an update before updating all of our servers.

Hey Doorman, lately my webserver got blocked for the getstatus request, so
I wondered how I would properly unban it?

I didn't know how, so I just rebooted the server and the block was removed.
I saw that there is rcon command to remove bans, but does that apply for
an automatic ban? So how would I do it?

Can I also add the webserver's IP in an immune list or something?

Sorry, I'm not really up-to-date anymore and I don't look through the
app as it grew so fast.

Still having this issue sometimes and the immune list does not help...

Also I wanted to ask if the tool will work on Windows Server 2012?
