Hmmmm .... sounds like you are taking a very simple idea and making it rather complex. I think the missle should be able to be shot down, but the player doesn't lose a point .... but it should have a time limit because missles only have so much fuel. If you want to complicate the matter by adding a "frozen" player during the whole flight portion seems unnecessary ... or at least to me anyway.
For the last time you DO NOT DIE if you crash or fire the missile infact it is IMPOSSIBLE TO DIE when using the guided missile as the player doesn't actually exist anywhere in map. This mod has nothing to do with the player?? - Yes the player gets kill points if his guided missile explodes with 300 radius of a player, but why would a missile hitting the floor/wall kill the player? Think about it it really does not make any scense. I have no idea what you lot are on. I am adding code to make the rocket take damage, this will not cuase the player to die either. I am adding a time limit. At no point do I intend to make the player die or minus points from him.

well it works quite nicely. me and my bro were playin and it was fun, then my rocket time was at like 1 sec, i shot my rocket, he shot at the rocket and i got one of these in qconsole.log when i was crashed to my desktop. we played again and he was axis, same deal but he didnt know where i was. and we got this. but other than that its really. cool great job
i opened it with pakscape?? lol and im not sure how to recreate this error to make sure its fixed, so ill just trust you on this one hehe

I recognize that behaviour. I had that mod once on my server too and the missles sometimes just explode right in front of a player and it doesn't hurt that player at all. "Shooting" the missle or crashing it makes no difference. Sometimes, however, it -does- kill a player. It seems to be totally random somehow. I also noticed this behaviour when using the stock handgrenades. Most of the times it kills a player but sometimes the nades explode right in front of their feet and nothing happens. Maybe there is some kind of connection there?
