Why do you have different IP for the different ports in that last image?

    192.168.1.5 and then 192.168.1.6 and then 192.168.1.7...

All the ports that you open (UDP and TCP) should point to the IP of the machine that you are running your Server on..

What is the IP address of that machine? IPconfig, what does it tell you?

Yeah exactly, you would put 192.168.1.5 for all of them. That's the machine that it is trying to open the ports to..

Keep in mind, if you are not running a Static Internal IP that number will change on you.
You will go to fire up Server and it won't work again and the reason is it assigned itself a NEW IP (192.168.1.8 just for example).

When it does you will have to go back and point the ports to the new IP (.8 in this example)...

You can prevent this from happening by assigning a Static IP.

Here is a link that walks you through it. (Thank You once again TMM World! ;D)
