This error occurs that you is that you do not have it installed "Medal of Honor Allied Assault" must first install ing is then "Breakthrough"-success
If you already have Medal of Honor allied assault installed, then you have to change the setup location of Breakthrough, to your MoH:AA install directory.
i had that problem due to dirt, scratches, and crap on my disk making it hard for the drive to read the cd... and it would do that.... If you are using an actuall cd, try cleaning it...scratch repair stuff... I think i ended up copying the disk to a new cdr and then it read it all the way through the install
