    great tutorials cept one thing, when you say "Now lets start with the real skinning. I assume you have got photoshop, open "airborne_coat.tga" in photoshop. A coat will come up, you can change it, add text on it, put a camo on it or whatever you want to do with it. Don't know how? I'm not going to teach you here, read the photoshop tutorials. Now if you want, you can change all the images.. the pants and the gear, we will have a look later what you have done", i try do the part in red cept when i try to open the airborne_coat.tga , from myskins>textures, there isnt that filename in the "textures" folder, is it something i did or what? ,,, also anyone know where i can get a trial version of photoshop? i dont think i dled the right one for skinning, a link to the dl would be appreciated. by the way great site.

    Mi stuff is very simple, i just wanna put a gasmask on a kradschutzen.... I guess I need to do the entire skinnig process, but I can't found kradschutzen's textures....

    Any help will be appreciated

    i know this is old prolly y none of the links work...im lookin to make full custom skins...im at a loss on makeing the pk3 file..in side i have textures and script folder..now i need what..models folder?.tik folder?every tut i find is about faces or weapons...i want player skins :D

    Yeah Magna Carta's skinning guide will probably help you out the most.. you can find it on neillomax's link, next to that PKM has a good tut as well on there.

    you have to add it to the player .tik file and you shader file.
